i am currently working on a unique routine entirely based on lapping...Title : Final Destination. Performance Only, Coming soon!

My 5 best Tips for lapping:
1. lap BIG objects!! (most people don't) so smaller ones will be a piece of cake :)
2. be fast!! Very fast. Extremly fast.
3. practice in front of someone, NOT a mirror (if possible).
4. do NOT be afraid of this technique!! IT TAKES GUTS TO BE AMAZING!!
5. Lapping is FUN!! So have FUN!!

i use a home made servante.

I consider LAPPING an Art. My favorite of all.
